You can book a tour through our website by selecting your preferred package and filling out the booking form, or you can call our office directly at +91 8899457428. Our travel consultants will guide you through the entire booking process.

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfers, UPI payments, and cash. For international travelers, we also accept PayPal. A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days before your travel date.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations made 15-30 days prior will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 15 days of departure are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

Yes, we can arrange airport transfers from Srinagar International Airport to your hotel or other accommodation. This service can be included in your package or arranged separately. Please mention your flight details when booking so we can coordinate your pickup.

What to pack depends on the season. For summer (May-September), bring light woolens for evenings, comfortable walking shoes, sunglasses, and sunscreen. For winter (November-March), pack heavy woolens, thermal wear, gloves, and a good jacket. Regardless of season, bring any personal medications, a camera, and copies of your travel documents.
